Thank you for sponsoring this exclusive Mother Cabrini Student Scholarship event!  Each pass allows a one-time All Day access to Pickle 'N Plays exciting fun zone arena for the kids.  The pre-purchased passes are valid beginning 11/28 and can be used through January 31, 2027.  Be sure to buy extra passes for Holiday gifts!!

POLICIES:

 YOUR EVENT IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RECEIVE A CALL FROM ONE OF OUR OFFICE STAFF 

- Outside food and beverages are not permitted. The only exceptions are cake or cupcakes. Outside food may be brought in for an additional $150 outside food fee (NO alcoholic beverages)

- No sparking candles and confetti 

- Require a $200 deposit to secure the date and time of the event

- 20% Service Charge will be added onto final bill

- Each participant is required to have a waiver signed by their own parent

- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your event time

- For Pickleball, players MUST wear closed-toe athletic shoes. Dark-soled shoes are not permitted. 

- Your deposit is fully refundable up to 14 days prior to the event date. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, the deposit may be applied as a credit toward a future event or used to reschedule your event one time only. Rescheduled events cannot be rescheduled again.
